Membership process
Accepted applicants will be guided through an in-depth process with our business strategist and CEO Mia Grable to assess your current capacities, roadblocks, earning potential, and development opportunities. After a series of calls, you will work with Mia to create a fully customized development plan for your business, often spanning over 1, 5, or 10 years, depending on your unique situation. This plan will not only recommend action steps for you to do, but it will also recommend a production and development plan that our creative team will build out for you according to your requirements and specifications.
Once you have your development and production plan, the real magic begins! Although we give precise recommendations for how to best utilize your membership, it is ultimately up to you which route you choose and what projects you want to start on. We will check in with you at the beginning of each month to confirm what services you will be utilizing. We will also review your progress every 3 months or 6 months, depending on your customized plan.

Members will pay a one-time $1,500 entry fee which covers your in-depth business assessment and development plan creation. Once your custom plan has been created, you will be recommended one of the following membership routes according to what best suits your needs.

Each route has 4 payment options depending on the needs of your company. This structure allows us to be flexible and expand services as you scale. All monthly membership fees are held as deposits toward your work projects and/or business consultations*. If for any reason, you do not utilize our creative staff or consult bookings that we have set aside for you, your monthly fee will be held as a non-refundable deposit. Payment options are as follows:
